For children of compulsory school age, enrolment is subject to the process outlined in Education Queensland’s procedure: Enrolment in state primary, secondary and special schools that can be located on the Department of Education, Training and Employment website.
To be eligible for enrolment to Currumbin Community Special School a student must:
1. have a diagnosed intellectual disability
2. be a resident of Queensland, living within the school’s catchment (out of catchment can be considered, however transport assistance may not be available)
